The introduction of the Cloud-based Safety Management System (SMS) for BSC fleet represents a significant step toward strengthening our safety culture in fleet operation, enhancing regulatory compliance and transparency and ensuring uniform and effective implementation of company policies across our fleet and shore-based operations for increasing organizational credibility and standard in international fleet operation club. This system is a transparent online platform developed to translate our vision and mission into effective operational practice; integrating our company safety policies, standard documentation for operating procedures, risk assessments, corrective and preventive actions in accordance with PSC observations, internal audits, and management review processes into a single, centralized framework accessible to both afloat and shore-based personnel. The system functions by enabling effective communication between ship and shore, easy and transparent alignment of operational activities with company safety policies as well as continuous monitoring of safety performance. Through data analysis and management oversight, the system supports structured and logical decision-making and proactive measures to prevent accidents and operational failures.
